Submissions

August 2021

Due to covid / new variant outbreaks and staffing issues, we are not accepting submissions at this time. Our staff are only completing inhouse projects already in progress. Please keep checking back for updates on submissions status.

WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING MANUSCRIPTS OR SOLICITATIONS AT THIS TIME. PLEASE KEEP CHECKING BACK!

SUBMITTED MANUSCRIPT SAMPLES OF THREE PAGES ONLY MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY THE 10 QUESTION COMPREHENSION ANSWERS ON A SEPARATE SHEET.

It is essential that as the author of your work, you have confidence in the quality of your manuscript before submitting it to us. We do however require a query letter detailing the nature and prospectus of the document before we proceed to request or recieve the full manuscript.

By submitting a query letter with a five page sampling of 1250 words in total. Our editors can assess your manuscript with confidence to see if it will be a good match for our distribution efforts.

The process of assessing your work is not taken lightly and we require a reading period of up to 8 weeks. This period will be increased to as much as 12 weeks during our more busy reading sessions.

We will contact those authors who have submitted manuscripts promptly by email (within 7 days from when we recieve the query and or eventual manuscript), to let the author or authors agent know we have recieved the manuscript.

If you do not recieve confirmation from us within 7 days please follow up with your courier or the post office to begin tracking the document.

Please do not send the full manuscript before one of our editors requests it or the document will be returned COD ( or we will offer to “shred the document” to save you your return postage if  a SASE was not included with you documents) and your manuscript will not be considered again for that reading period (6 months).

If you are submitting through an agent, your agent must be the one who submits the query letter and sample document of 1250 words. We will only make contact with your agent once we recieve the query and or manuscript.

Please note that typically most publishers prefer to deal directly with the authors themselves, but if you are more comfortable dealing indirectly with us through a bonified registered agency, we have no problem with that avenue of communication.
